If you'd like to exchange your purchase for a different size or style, we’re happy to assist.


Please make sure to notify us of your wish to exchange within 14 days upon receipt of your parcel.


Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom-made styles.

ONLINE RETURNS

Should you wish to, you may return your purchase within a 14-day period from the day you received your order.

In order for your return to be accepted, kindly send us an email to hello@romanticoromanticostudios.com including your order details.

If the timeframe is respected, a unique return authorisation code will being sent to you, which you will need to include in the return form we will include in that email.

Without this code, we can unfortunately not accept any returns.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom-made styles.

You'll be refunded by the original payment method once the parcel has arrived back to us.

Shipment costs for a return are to be covered by the customer.

IN-STORE EXCHANGES & RETURNS

In-store purchases can be exchanged for other items or exchanged to a gift voucher within 14 days of purchase.

We cannot offer refunds in-store.

Return Terms & Conditions 

Online & Instore


Your purchase must be returned in original condition, in its original packaging including the return form sent to you upon return request. Please make sure to include all care-bags your jewellery was sent to you in, into the return package.


The right of return only applies to new & defect-free items. Any loss of value due to wearing, or other traces including the removal/damage of the original packaging will result in the return being rejected, as we cannot offer these items for sale again. In this case, the goods will be returned to the customer without reimbursement of the purchase price. Please make sure to return your package with a valid tracking number. 


If the package does not arrive to our return address and has no valid tracking number, regrettably, we cannot administrate a refund of the goods.
