If (in the unlikely event that) you'd like to return your purchase you can of course do so within 14 days upon receipt of your parcel for a full refund. The return period is 14 days from the day on, you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. In order for your return to be accepted, kindly send us an email to including your order details. If the timeframe is respected, a unique return authorization code is being sent to you, which needs to be included in the return form we will include in that email. Without this code, we can unfortunately not accept any returns.

Please note that we cannot accept returns on tailor-made styles. 

You'll be refunded by the original payment method once the parcel has arrived back to us.

Shipment costs for a return are being covered by the customer.

Your purchase must be returned in original condition, in its original packaging including the return form sent to you upon return request. Please make sure to include all care-bags your jewellery was sent to you in, into the return package.

The right of return only applies to new & defect-free items. Any loss of value due to wearing, or other traces including the removal/damage of the original packaging will result in the return being rejected, as we cannot offer these items for sale again. In this case, the goods will be returned to the customer without reimbursement of the purchase price. Please make sure to return your package with a valid tracking number. If the package does not arrive to our return address and has no valid tracking number, regrettably, we cannot administrate a refund of the goods.
