If you’ve fallen in love with a piece below that amount and still want to take it home (we get it 💛), you can simply add the shipping fee separately via the link below, and we’ll happily ship your order.

Online EXCHANGES

If you’d like to exchange your purchase for a different size or style, we’ll be happy to help.


Please let us know within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to make an exchange.


Kindly note that custom-made styles are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.


To request an exchange, please email us at hello@romanticoromanticostudios.com

and include your order number, the item you’d like to exchange, and the style or size you’d prefer instead.


ONLINE RETURNS

If you wish to return your purchase, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return, please email us at hello@romanticoromanticostudios.com and include your order details.

If the request is made within the allowed timeframe, we will send you a unique return authorisation code.
This code must be included with your return shipment. Returns received without a valid authorisation code cannot be accepted.

Please note that custom-made styles are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Once your parcel has arrived back with us, your refund will be issued via the original payment method.

Please be aware that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, make sure to have a valid tracking number.

IN-STORE EXCHANGES & RETURNS

Items purchased in-store may be exchanged for another item or for a gift voucher within 14 days of purchase.

Please note that refunds are not available for in-store purchases.

Return Terms & Conditions 

Online & Instore


Your purchase must be returned in original condition, in its original packaging including the return form sent to you upon return request. Please make sure to include all care-bags your jewellery was sent to you in, into the return package.


The right of return only applies to new & defect-free items. Any loss of value due to wearing, or other traces including the removal/damage of the original packaging will result in the return being rejected, as we cannot offer these items for sale again. In this case, the goods will be returned to the customer without reimbursement of the purchase price. Please make sure to return your package with a valid tracking number. 


If the package does not arrive to our return address and has no valid tracking number, regrettably, we cannot administrate a refund of the goods.


Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom-made styles.
