Romantico Romantico Studios is a lifestyle brand based in Luxembourg, selling jewellery, ready-to-wear, homeware, and offering tablescaping rental services. All orders placed through this website are subject to these terms.

All prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Klarna, Bancontact, and Union Pay.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, for example in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud. You will be notified and refunded promptly if this occurs.

Shipping timelines and costs are outlined on our Shipping, Returns & Exchanges page. We ship from Luxembourg. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing for international orders. We are not liable for delays outside our control. 

We offer free shipping for jewellery & ready-to-wear orders over 75€. Your order will otherwise be subject to a flat rate shipping cost. See here.

Alternatively, you may select the "Pick-Up Instore" delivery option, and come by our store at 86 Grand-Rue, L-1660 at your convenience.

Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.

Bookings for Tavola tablescaping rentals are subject to a separate rental agreement provided at the time of booking. A deposit is required to confirm your reservation. Cancellations must be made in writing. Damage to rented items will be charged at replacement cost.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.
